Thank you

I’m very blessed to be where I am today and I couldn’t have done it with out the support of my family, friends and most of all my clients.  Through my seven year massage journey, they have followed me through some sketchy office spaces.  But I’m pleased to have landed at The Austin Centre for Wellness.

The Austin Centre for Wellness is a team of diversified, holistic healthcare professionals who work collaboratively to support each person’s healing journey.

Ahh Water

Water is your body’s most important nutrient, is involved in every bodily function, and makes up approximately 85% of your brain, 80% of your blood and 70% of your muscle is water. Water helps you to maintain body temperature, metabolize body fat, aids in digestion, lubricates and cushions organs, transports nutrients, and flushes toxins from your body. Everyone should drink at least 64 ounces per day.

Lemon is a natural cleanser. Adding lemon to your water can be a mild detox. It is recommended to do at least 2 detox treatment per year for better cell, organ and bodily functions. There are several different types of detoxes. Just look in the vitamin aisle at you local grocery store. Not sure what will work for you? Ask questions, the grocer knows more than you think.
