Ahh Water
Water is your body’s most important nutrient, is involved in every bodily function, and makes up approximately 85% of your brain, 80% of your blood and 70% of your muscle is water. Water helps you to maintain body temperature, metabolize body fat, aids in digestion, lubricates and cushions organs, transports nutrients, and flushes toxins from your body. Everyone should drink at least 64 ounces per day.
Lemon is a natural cleanser. Adding lemon to your water can be a mild detox. It is recommended to do at least 2 detox treatment per year for better cell, organ and bodily functions.
