With my hands I assess your body to see if I need to use deeper pressure or different modalities to help release knots and tension in all the layers of the muscles. This session also includes long flowing strokes to help connect the mind, body, and spirit.

Prenatal Massage:
I use a prego pillow that allows for laying face down or side-laying massage with positioned pillows for support depending on how far along the client is. Paying extra attention to the low back and preparing the hips for labor. Includes a belly massage with awareness of the baby inside.

*It may be a contraindication to receive a massage if you are under 13 weeks pregnant.
Postnatal Massage:
It may be a side-laying massage depending on the client. Paying special attention to the muscles surrounding the pelvis. Helps bring the body back from pregnancy.
